• Earth (one dot) Root, Sacral & Solar Plexus - gives you a sense of being fully in your body: feet on the floor, settled, present. For the overwhelming days that need less noise and more ground.

A large coin sits at the centre. You choose which trinity leads, and the other two sit either side in small.

I designed each coin myself and had it cast by hand in recycled sterling silver, using traditional lost-wax casting. The textured face is inspired by ancient Greek coins, and every edge is a little irregular.
Fixed on a 19” chain, adjustable to 18” and 17”. About 5.9g in total.

Why You Might Wear One
Most jewellery says something about you to other people. This says something to you.
Each coin holds a message for a different part of you. You don’t have to do anything with it. Just wearing it keeps that part of you close.
Choosing a coin in the morning is choosing which part of yourself you want nearby that day. Wear all three and you’re covered, whatever the day brings.
Why I Made These
Everything I make comes from the same place: the jewellery, the astrology, the meditations, the hypnotherapy. I’ve always believed small things can help.
Through years of yoga I noticed the chakras fall naturally into three groups: the body finding its feet, the heart opening up, and something further out that’s harder to explain. The Nath Yogi nine chakras map onto that almost exactly. These coins are that shape, worn.
Lost-wax casting is over five thousand years old, and it’s never machine-perfect, so each coin ages properly. The silver softens and the edge wears in a little more every year.
You don’t need to believe what I believe for these to mean something to you. I just hope they give you a small way back to yourself on the days you need it.
The Three Trinities
In yoga, a chakra is an energy centre in the body, where physical, emotional and spiritual life meet. Most systems count seven. The Nath Yogi tradition, an older and less widely known lineage, counts nine, grouped into three trinities.
• Earth: Muladhara (root), Svadhisthana (sacral), Manipura (solar plexus). Safety, creativity, confidence.
• Heart: Anahata (heart), Vishuddha (throat), Ajna (third eye). Love, honesty, intuition.
• Transcendence: Sahasrara (crown), Bindu, Nirvana. Higher awareness, the unseen, release.
The dots mark the whole trinity, not one chakra each, so touch any part of the coin.

Many people find that clearing their chakras leaves them feeling grounded, open-hearted and at peace, with energy flowing freely through every part of them, and with a calm, balanced feeling they can return to whenever they need it.
You don't need to have meditated before. I guide you gently all the way through, so all you need to do is listen. Your mind can wander, and you might even drift off to sleep. That's perfectly fine.
