* UK standard delivered parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. If no-one is present at your address then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot. Next day doesn't include weekends.

** Tracking and Signature services to most of Europe have a delivery aim of 3-4 working days.
Following new EU customs rules introduced in July 2026, customs duty and VAT on European orders are paid by the recipient on delivery.

For orders to Germany, Denmark, and Luxembourg, these charges are included in your checkout price instead, so nothing further will be requested on delivery.
For orders to Romania, a small logistics fee is included in your checkout price, but any customs duty or VAT is still payable by the recipient on delivery.
Sadly, I can no longer post to Portugal due to their customs services either delaying delivery or returning packages to me. My Portuguese customers usually arrange to have items posted to friends outside of Portugal.

*** For orders to the USA, a 10% Import & Customs Fee is added at checkout, calculated on the value of your items, so nothing more should be requested on delivery.
For other Worldwide destinations, customs duty (where applicable) is payable by the recipient on delivery.
Please note if you are shipping to the UAE I can only deliver to PO boxes, not street addresses, so please enter your PO box number as the first line of your address at checkout for it to be delivered successfully.

For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.
Customs charges are outside of my control and depend on the country of delivery.
